I visited Dr Shtainer multiple times and always had the best experience. He even gave me his direct phone number if I had additional questions.

Interesting fact, I absolutely agree with the first review. This guy spent less than five minutes on my child too; literally, 1 to 2 minutes, I believe due to the fact that the appointment was at 4:45PM and he had to go… Staff was rude too, I believe for the same reason. Usually, I don’t mind spending less than 15 minutes at the doctor, but in this case it was a conveyer and I really felt uncomfortable. I will have to follow up with another doctor, not too much trust in this one.

I had a worst experience in my life with this doctor. Doctor spent less 5 minutes for checking of my little kid, he didn't answer on my question, he had no interest for our problem. Overall time of our meeting with him was 10 minutes. Some doctors think only about money, more patients - more money. Pity that I found such doctor. He must not work with children. He is not pediatric urologist.
