Doctor Roston is great, staff however are rude and need to do better, if I am making an appointment to see the doctor and I say it is for a follow up, I do not need to tell a receptionist who is not a doctor my business, saying I have a follow up should be enough.
Do not go to this doctor! The staff is rude, they price gauge you on products AND I ended up in the ER following his advice. They are all about the money with no care or attention to their patients. Never had a worse experience with a doctor so beware and forewarned!!
I was pleased with Dr. Roston , on the other hand his staff is very rude, nasty not polite they were not helpful at all. when i would go they would shout my name from a distances. I was recommended a CT/MRI from another Provider in their Practice and they wouldn't assist me to get it on time authorization. it was just an Bad Experience overall. This staff needs a bedside course especially Stephanie and the biller .
