Dr. Kevin Choy is a caring and kind doctor. I didn't have to wait for a long time to see him. The experience is great and pleasant.
Had an appointment booked, rang to bring appointment forward was told to come in, proceeded to wait in waiting room for 2hrs, pretty much until my appointment! Won't be going back!!
I talked to a receptionist in the morning at 8.35am to request an earlier appointment because of my severe pain. The receptionist was very rude, impolite and straight away asked me if I want to cancel my scheduled appointment later in the afternoon! I found her unwelcoming and little offensive.
