My experience the receptionists was extremely disappointing due to their unprofessionalism and unclear communication. When I first called to make an appointment, the receptionist rudely told me that they do not provide the service I was asking for and abruptly hung up the phone. It was only after my GP personally called on my behalf and I was finally able to secure an appointment. However, at no point I was informed that there would be any cost for the scan. The worst receptionists i could ever encountered! The two Indian receptionists were very rude and hopeless. The clinicians & the technicians were excellent at their job. I have no ideas why these two ladies still have their job or still doing this job because they are actually horrible.
Went with my mum for a biopsy of a lump. Dr London there was v professional, kind n took time to explain the procedure n warned her what he was going to do . Excellent service. Would highly recommend the doctor there. Reception staff was ok …..
