Absolutely outstanding staff, professional and know what they’re doing. They really explained the process, to put me at ease at every step. Helped me through feeling faint during an injection. The doctor was amazing too. Talked me through everything.

My experience the receptionists was extremely disappointing due to their unprofessionalism and unclear communication. When I first called to make an appointment, the receptionist rudely told me that they do not provide the service I was asking for and abruptly hung up the phone. It was only after my GP personally called on my behalf and I was finally able to secure an appointment. However, at no point I was informed that there would be any cost for the scan.
