Dr. Baum is thorough, compassionate, and determined to get a correct resolution to your health issue. You can ask any question, he will listen respectfully because your health and peace of mind are very important to him. I've had many issues and met many excellent doctors and he is great!
The staff at this office is completely incompetent. If you call the office during hours you will get an answering machine otherwise you get an answering service. The office will sometimes take days to return calls if at all. I have had this problem on many occasions over the years. I no longer use this doctor because of the office admin staff.
