Alfred Symphony house is a caring and clean environment for your loved one. They were always staffed appropriately and showed great care for our family member - right until the very end. In addition, the Aides engaged in appropriate activities with the residents. And when necessary- the Aides took on additional responsibilities without complaining or neglecting the patients.

Our experience with Alfred House - Symphony, Assisted Living facility and their staff was reassuring and comforting when we needed to find a place for our loved one who had a stroke and could no longer live on his own. It was an emotional transition for our loved one because life had become topsy turvy for him but the staff and management provided remarkable patience and attentiveness. We had our family member at a different facility in another state and were extremely disappointed. I heard good things about Alfred House and spoke to the owner and we were able to meet with her quickly. Just speaking with her made us feel better. We moved our family member in and felt at peace immediately. She is receiving amazing care. Everyone who works there is so kind. She loves the food and seems so happy. My mom was at the Symphony House until she passed away this month. All the staff is wonderfully kind and caring, and that is so important. My mom was always well dressed and clean and she and all the residents were well taken care of. They had celebrations, activities, and were always supervised so I had no worries. I cannot say enough great things about Alfred House!

Mom lived at AlfredHouse Symphony. She was treated like a family member. Mom's room was very nice and she was able to bring in her own pictures to hang on the wall and any other personal items. She had a nice view of the courtyard. Staff treated her very well. They acted professionally, kind, and caring. They kept us updated on her health. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
