The receptionist is maybe one of the worst people I’ve ever come across in my life. He never answers the phone, not even when my GP calls me three times in a row. I had a referral form that was supposed to filed by this clinic, and my GP called RPA after failing to reach the clinic, and was informed they didnt recieve anything, and My GP told me to go to clinic in person and ask, and so i do that. i walk to the clinic, and this guys aggressively and comsdesendingly said that he did file the form, that my GP never called him ... read more
