I'd like to thank everybody. That helped me through my ordeal for a biopsy on 1023. From start to finish, everyone was kind and helpful. I wanna to especially thank my 2 tecs Tammy and Darla. My 2 texts that helped me through it all without them. I don't think I couldn't have done it. Your kindness, their compassion was unbelievable. I thank you too again.!!!
Their scheduling department incorrectly scheduled me four times. Got a call less than 48 hours before to be notified and they had months to sort. Just spoke again and they gave me the wrong prep info and check in time. The front desk NEVER answers even with voicemails. You're a medical facility. Act like one.
This place is a Nightmare, terrible attention, they discriminate against you if you only speak Spanish, on 09/05/24, I had an X-ray appointment for various parts of my body and I had a Densitometry, because when they saw so many X-rays they did not want to do my Densitometry, and after robbing them, they did it to me because I live very far from my house to this Clinic, it is Chaos, because the Densitometry technician was very kind and said that he was going to do it, and so the Radiology technician, And since May 9, until t... read more
