Dr. Fleming was great. However, the Asian person that directed to the room asked me several questions regarding my medical status. One in particular was regarding my list of medications. When I suggested that she look at my chart, she stated that they do not have access to that information. I asked Allison why they didn't have access to my list of medications and she said that they do. So, it was apparent that the first girl was not honest with me. Dr Fleming was friendly, and efficient. My appointment/consultation was on time and he was able to provide insight and optional solutions.
Everyone was so warm and friendly. Was made to feel very comfortable knowing what I will be going through. Dr Flemings is very polite, caring and passionate about his job. I feel I will be in good hands.
I felt really comfortable with this Dr. Fleming. He got a plan set up and we will go from there.
