One of the best doctors I've had in my 50 years of life! Yes, there is an issue with being seen and scheduling, but this occurs, with a great doctor. Dr Boyd is a very kind, gentle hearted and caring physician! He also, does not rush you out of the room, when he's seeing you. He takes his time and is very knowledgeable.
The front desk clerks are super nice and very helpful. They have always given me plenty of helpful information. Dr. Boyd is my family's doctor. He has always been like a family friend who happens to be our doctor. He's very thorough at each visit in person and virtual. He is never in any hurry and always wants us to have questions for him. He has always given us the best information for whatever our needs were. I am glad we can depend on him. My family is very happy and look forward to many years with him. Friendly staff. Thorough physical.
The service desk attention is horrible. Yes, I was late for my appointment for once, every time I see Dr. Boyd I wait at least 1 hour for 5 minutes with him. This time they couldn't take me because I was late 20 minutes... is enough! I will look for another family doctor! I will give zero star but it was not an option.
