Poor communication. Told the manager of the property that my son was in a massive accident and has broken his leg. Is in GC uni hospital emergency and the manager of these apartments couldn't care less. When I rang them to see if my booking had been cancelled!!!????? She was calling to book me in ? I said, check your email. I have sent through a request for refund due to what happened to my son last night. She still didn't care. Stayed here on multiple occasions for work. Some of the rooms are okay with good sized bathrooms and some with balconies, although the walls are so thin, you can hear next door talking or the upstairs neighbour taking a dump. Mostly they are quite clean except for the cockroaches. The maintenance is severely lacking and customer service are no help. Broken windows, holes in flyscreen, entry door gets stuck on floor, two tv remotes but neither work, holes in the gyprock, broken bulbs, large tv in room 3 is installed on a dang... read more
smoke alarm battery was failing so alarm beeping. called after hours number and they said they will get back to me. nothing for fourty minutes. called back and they said they will deal with it in morning. said wasnt good enough so they said manager will give me a call in a few minutes. another half hour i pulled out battery and went to bed.
