Difficult to find, noisy in the rooms, walls and floors are like paper. Suppose to be a disability room, cramped with too much furniture in a small room, my husband had to move the table so I could in through the door and had to move table again to get in the disabled bathroom with my small wheelchair, there was no shower curtain so the toilet and toilet paper was getting wet including my wheelchair that I moved so it wouldn’t get wet but it still did. Terrible place. The walls are insanely thin, you could hear people walking upstairs even through you could tell they were walking lightly. You could hear everything outside your door. I was woken at 6am by a screaming child that continued for almost an hour. I have a video of this, shame I can only upload photos. The place felt dirty, there was tea and coffee facilities in the room but no milk in the fridge? There was a long black hair in the bed (I’m blonde) and you could tell the maintenance was severely lacking.

Poor communication. Told the manager of the property that my son was in a massive accident and has broken his leg. Is in GC uni hospital emergency and the manager of these apartments couldn't care less. When I rang them to see if my booking had been cancelled!!!????? She was calling to book me in ? I said, check your email. I have sent through a request for refund due to what happened to my son last night. She still didn't care. Stayed here on multiple occasions for work. Some of the rooms are okay with good sized bathrooms and some with balconies, although the walls are so thin, you can hear next door talking or the upstairs neighbour taking a dump. Mostly they are quite clean except for the cockroaches. The maintenance is severely lacking and customer service are no help.
