Quality but they cannot spell. Lost orders, and their solution is to send an email less than 2 weeks from the wedding. Very poor customer service. Would never go again for anything.
Complete disaster!!!!! Not recommended to anyone! Order a dress in January - came in April.... Ordered veils 4 times! Still incorrect! Than being told 'sorry it's too late to order a new veil' ??????? Really with a month and 20 days til my wedding and this is your fault!!! Than I was offered a floor sample? Truly poor customer service! Once the credit card was scanned their customer service was done ! Seems like the right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing!
Customer service goes a long way, which they need more practice with.
SoSo I felt the staff at this store was friendly,however, my bridesmaids were not measured correctly and when the dresses came in 4 out of 5 of the dresses did not fit. I was also unhappy with how many times i had to call before they would order the brides maides dresses.
