My experience were just like the others.. Horrible.. There were 3 employees who all were just standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing. One guy looked at me with a attitude and asked did I have an appointment for a fitting. Which made me feel uncomfortable and I asked did I need to schedule one and return at a later day.. The other worker pointed me in the direction I should look for the style I wanted and went back to the counter and continued her conversation. My oldest daughter is getting married on March 25 2017. my youngest daughter ordered a bridesmaid dress on 01/05/2017 from alfred angelo and when she called to pick it up the told her they had no record of her ordering a dress. so I pulled my credit card statement found where I had paid $170.13 for the dress. My daughter called them back and they said that they had not even ordered the dress. They need to be a little more mindful of the orders they receive.
This is the most un professional people I've ever dealt with in my life. First of all I drove from dallas Texas to attend a fitting with them and the associate that worked with us had an attitude and tried to almost argue with my bridal party about their sizes she didn't know how to measure them at all. And on top of that she put in all the wrong colors for each of the girls after being told multiple times which color was for who. I just couldn't Believe she was working their.
