Me and my wife had a appointment back to back as a new patient and the front desk arguing about what heath insurance we have so we canceled both doctors appointment I have blue cross blue shield wow!!!!!

Dr. Alfred Boyd, listens, takes time to understand and sees everyone for their unique make up. Not everyone reacts to medicine similarly. I appreciate Dr. Boyd and the staff...they're always very friendly and helpful. All around great experience, every visit.
Dr Boyd is a great doctor. That is why I go to him. I am sick and tired to get some medicine for me. instead, they want me to go to the Methodist clinic and I’ve done this before they don’t know my system or what I have needed over the years and I always wind up getting the wrong medicine because they have not doctored me before. I just think it’s ridiculous because Dr Boyd is my primary doctor and you can’t call your primary doctors office to get something to make you better. I really appreciate how quickly he uploads your results and how on point he is. He’s easy to talk to and quick on appointments. Office staff is wonderful too.
