Have done business with these folks for 30+ years. Took my wife's car for a set of new tires and an oil change. Went back to pick it up and a center cap was missing. Walked in to settle up, no one mentioned a word about it. I pointed out the missing piece, and after he checked with the installer, he said it broke. I just kinda stood there waiting to see how they would resolve it. He just said they have to remove it to get them balanced and it broke.
