Our refrigerator went out and Mr. Alford came out the same day and was able to diagnose, go pick the part up from his supplier and fix the issue all within an 8 hour time period. The price was very good and saved us from having to buy a new one!
Made a 5:00 appointment..I get off work and get home to meet him and he is not there..I called him and he told me he got backed up and he should have called me
