I am new to Reno and needed urgent dental care. I was so lucky to be able to see Dr. Jason Alford at Alfred pediatric and general dentistry. The office was easy to find and the staff very welcoming. Dr. Alford was able to resolve my issues and I'm looking forward to returning to the office for my general dental care. Strongly recommended!
Absolutely the best. Dr. Jacqueline and her dental hygienist are phenomenal. They are inviting, calm, patient, personable, fun, educational and give great direction to children. They made the entire experience so enjoyable that my children are actually looking forward to going back. I highly recommend this practice and wish we would have found them sooner.
We’ve been to four different pediatric dentists in the Reno/Sparks area, and unfortunately, we never found one where we truly felt like they cared about our girls. I only wish we had found Alford Pediatric & General Dentistry sooner. I honestly think my girls would have less anxiety and fear surrounding dental work if we had. Dr. Jackie is absolutely amazing. Dr. Jacquie and her entire team are absolutely amazing! My child genuinely loves going to the dentist and actually gets excited for every appointment—which is something I never thought I’d say. We recently had to push back a scheduled visit, and my child was so disappointed because they were looking forward to seeing everyone.
