I made an appointment for my son about two months ago. This involved making a username, and filling out thirty minutes worth of paper work. They had me confirm my appointment twice. A few hours after I confirm for the second time they send me a message saying they have to reschedule us because their doctors won’t be in the office. I get it, sometimes schedules change. Dr Alford is fantastic! As a confirmed “big baby “ when it comes to the dentist I can assure you he is gentle and calming as well as thorough. The entire staff is amazing.
Since day 1, they made me feel very comfortable, they make you feel like you known them for years. Helps with action plan for future "when this happens", the whole office are good people. I highly recommend.
