I would leave zero if possible. We retained this guy in August 2024 and never heard from him again. After numerous emails, voicemails and texts over 7 months, I had to get a legal consumer assistant to contact him to call me. One call, under fire from a State Association, he had to call and nothing since. He produced a letter written without a date, no confirmation of being sent or received. No follow-up with the case.
