My second bike from this shop, dealt with Matt who made the transaction easy and enjoyable. The customer service is amazing, friendly and plenty of coffee dished out. Had a few issues with Santander but this was no fault of Alfords, in fact Matt resolved the issue and called them constantly to make sure I got the bike on the day. I can’t thank Matt enough for this. Will always use Alfords in the future along with my riding group and family.
I'd had some rust issues with a brand new MT09 I bought here and after Yamaha declined to repair the damage, Mark very kindly agreed to fixing it free of charge. He didn't have to do that and went above and beyond to make sure it was all sorted and as good as new. Lesson learnt is to coat it in acf50 every time it gets wet!
I'm very pleased with my experience, Debi was very helpful and thank you to the guys in the workshop they've done an amazing job on my moped it feels like it's new again.
I took delivery today of my XSR700, praying it would stay dry so I could go out, it did..... and WOW I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with it.I couldnt be happier with the service and purchase, from enquiry to delivery. Special thanks to Owen at Alford Bros, really honest and great communication. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again, and I live 200 miles away. Thanks again guys!
