Rude! I have been calling attorneys to try and assist me with my housing case for months. I spoke to this attorney. This attorney wanted me to put $5,600 down as a retainer. He told me his rate is 300 an hour. He said he has an initial 15/hour minimum. Well let’s do simple math: 300/hr for 15/hrs is $4,500 not $5,600. So let’s start there! If he wanted 5,600 then he should have quoted me for 18/hrs. Talk about wolfs in sheep’s clothing!
