2 years ago was told I need a new ac unit. Come to find out they switched wires around on my thermostat and I it completely stopped working. Had someone come out and they got my unit back running. Thanks for nothing guys. Just in business to sell new ac units and mess others up in process to sell new unit. Horrible
Highly recommend, honest low price, friendly service. Best company I've ever used.
We are very thankful for Alford Air! They are always there for us when we call, fast, reliable, courteous staff. Michael did an amazing job today helping us out quickly! We highly recommend using this company!!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Alford Air Conditioning! They are prompt, friendly and professional! Mitchell was very thorough and extremely professional. I will continue to use them for my air conditioning needs and will gladly recommend them to others. Keep up the good work, guys!
Used them 3 time at different properties for my family. They are very customer oriented and very fair. Also very capable and always try to help in emergencies. Would use them again without a doubt
