I contacted Alfonza’s to get an estimate to replace the sod on my front lawn. I wanted a recommendation for grass type from a professional as my house has clay type dirt. Someone promptly answered when I called and told me there’s a fee for the estimate, which I was fine and with. I paid the fee and got contacted by Mr. Alfonza within a few days. Alfonso, did tree cutting neglected Stump grinding left roots threating the walkway costing several thousands of dollars to replace very disappointed.
I had a very good experience. They were very polite and helpful. The delivery was made on my schedule, and it showed up early in the two hour window. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. When the 3cu yds of mulch arrived the driver placed it right the middle of the tarp I had spread. I’m very satisfied, and I will use them again.
Turned and Burned on the job. When asked to come back, and actually finish the work i.e. stump grind/wood chip clean... You get told to take it to court. Like you wrote a receipt, and specified the grinding, and clean up. What a joke. A true product of half behind work. Especially with all those Central American workers. I'm sure they are all certified, and licensed. Falling entire trees in yards. No one falls entire trees in a residential setting except these guys.
Purchased a yard of 57 stone - not a yard at all (most likely a half yard) and more expensive than other places. Had to wait 20-30 minutes to get my trailer loaded. I tried calling multiple times after I got home and realized this was certainly not one yard and no one answered the phone after being on hold for several minutes.
