Alfonso, did tree cutting neglected Stump grinding left roots threating the walkway costing several thousands of dollars to replace very disappointed.
I had a very good experience. They were very polite and helpful. The delivery was made on my schedule, and it showed up early in the two hour window. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. When the 3cu yds of mulch arrived the driver placed it right the middle of the tarp I had spread. I’m very satisfied, and I will use them again.
Turned and Burned on the job. When asked to come back, and actually finish the work i.e. stump grind/wood chip clean... You get told to take it to court. Like you wrote a receipt, and specified the grinding, and clean up. What a joke. A true product of half behind work. Especially with all those Central American workers. I'm sure they are all certified, and licensed. Falling entire trees in yards. No one falls entire trees in a residential setting except these guys.
Purchased a yard of 57 stone - not a yard at all (most likely a half yard) and more expensive than other places. Had to wait 20-30 minutes to get my trailer loaded. I tried calling multiple times after I got home and realized this was certainly not one yard and no one answered the phone after being on hold for several minutes. The same day, I went to another place after getting shorted here and it was at least double if not triple the amount for the same amount of money and it was also one yard.
