We engaged Alfonso's Catering to cater a wedding reception this past weekend. They state that "Alfonso's Catering enjoys doing business with a hand shake". I would recommend that you get everything in writing. This is a once in a lifetime event that you want to be right the first time as you only have one time to get it right. This is a good practice to follow in almost everything as personnel changes and time elapses. No other comments are necessary but please, please, please, get it in writing. I went and looked at a hall and alfonsos was to cater it. Dave called me the monday before wedding lettime me know we did not have the belarusian. When it came time to pay the money he had spent it all. BUSINESS WAS Bad FOR HIM WHEN THE Road closed. I had a contract and the belarusian allowed me to use the hall and alfonsos to cater it. i ran out of beer at dinner???? ruined my whole not worrying about everything. Absolutely cannot say enough good about our experience at Alfonso's! We have had 2 catered events there this year already, a 40th Anniversary party and Bridal Shower, and on to our 3rd event for our rehearsal dinner. They make planning the event easy, the food is amazing and always exceeds our expectations, and the pricing is better than any place we've tried. Dave is great to work with and will give you a no-nonsense experience. I recommend having Alfonso's cater any of your events.
