I LOVE SHERRI BROWN, IVE BEEN WITH HER FOR YEARS AND SHE HAS ALSO BEEN A GREAT LISTENING EAR AND ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY PROBLEMS ARE BEING HEARD. AS A BLACK WOMEN THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND FOR THAT I AM GREATFUL FOR HER. HOWEAVER THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONES ARE SO RUDE. I WORK IN CALL CENTER AND DO NOT HAVE THE TONE THEY DO. I personally think the front staff and the nurse practitioners Holly Kalish and Sherrie Brown with Dr. Gunesakaren are wonderful. I never have to wait long to be seen and everyone is super friendly.

The receptionist was very rude with a very bad attitude when calling to get a prescription on 1/15/2024 she didn’t wait for me to complete my question, the second she heard me say prescription she cut me off and stated option 3. I tried before calling her back but she still cut me off the second time and said option 3 not listening to the entire reason for my call. Staff like her gives the place a bad reputation and doctors off staff should be caring not intimidating patients. she doesn’t need a job like that. Horrible recep... read more
