I have met the assistant very nice lady outside the shop. Very interested in my life. However my ability to get in was ruined by one experience. Calling in to get a mani pedi recentlyI was told by owner... yes.. she's available. After he had a brief chat with her and she learned who called in to get in I was told suddenly she's busy call another time. This tells theres somrthing wrong in their communication. Charged $95 for a haircut he spent 10 minutes doing. Didn’t use hair product. Didn’t even dry my hair. This is what it looks like.

Excellent experience! These folks are experts in their field, fantastic hairstyle, and stands up to washing in future! Conversations were lively and interesting; friendly, knowledgeable, really nice, competent people who take pride in the work and workplace (which is spotless). Highly recommended!

I was positively delighted to have walked in today (for the first time!) and had such a wonderful experience. I was greeted with such kindness and warmth, and Alfonso & Sylvia really took the time to get to know me and brighten my day. Most enjoyable was having a great conversation with Alfonso while he took his time to cut my hair - I really appreciate his attention to ask great questions, and ensure I had a teriffic cut.
