Inconsistent and not reliable when making apts. Cancellations for no reason. This was my last experience. I cannot refer and its obvious why There's no communication and no one in charge.
I have met the assistant very nice lady outside the shop. Very interested in my life. However my ability to get in was ruined by one experience. Calling in to get a mani pedi recentlyI was told by owner... yes.. she's available. After he had a brief chat with her and she learned who called in to get in I was told suddenly she's busy call another time. This tells theres somrthing wrong in their communication. Charged $95 for a haircut he spent 10 minutes doing. Didn’t use hair product. Didn’t even dry my hair. This is what it looks like.
Excellent experience! These folks are experts in their field, fantastic hairstyle, and stands up to washing in future! Conversations were lively and interesting; friendly, knowledgeable, really nice, competent people who take pride in the work and workplace (which is spotless). Highly recommended!
