Really welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Alfonso gave me a great hair-cut and even shared some recipes for making tasty Italian food. The price was also less that I have been paying elsewhere.

Inconsistent and not reliable when making apts. Cancellations for no reason. This was my last experience. I cannot refer and its obvious why There's no communication and no one in charge.

I have met the assistant very nice lady outside the shop. Very interested in my life. However my ability to get in was ruined by one experience. Calling in to get a mani pedi recentlyI was told by owner... yes.. she's available. After he had a brief chat with her and she learned who called in to get in I was told suddenly she's busy call another time. This tells theres somrthing wrong in their communication. Charged $95 for a haircut he spent 10 minutes doing. Didn’t use hair product. Didn’t even dry my hair. This is what it looks like.
