I requested a quote and sent a snapshot of the broken spring. I got an answer immediately and their guy came as promised on the same day and worked efficiently to get my garage door back on track, so to speak. He even lubricated all the moving parts of the door itself and now it doesn't screech anymore.
He replaced the springs and adjusted the door within an hour for a very reasonable, competitive price. He's not only knowledgeable but also very honest!
They came out when they said they would, fixed the problem and charged a fair price. They not only fixed the problem but also tightened, oiled and checked out all the other garage door parts. Would use them again.
