Dr. Ballesteros, was a delight to place our trust in for a major surgery my wife undertook. His concern for her and the family was nonstop. Between his visits to her after surgery while recovering in the hospital, he followed up with her at home. His detailed information before and after the operation made us comfortable and informed. I found him to be one of the best Physicians and Surgeons in the field of medicine. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ballesteros. I've been in pain for over 3 years and have seen several GI drs who thought it was a problem with my colon. After a referral from a friend I made an appointment with Dr. Ballesteros and in less then 10 minutes he figured out I had a hernia. He explained the procedure and answered our questions. I’ve generally had good experiences with Banner Health, but my experience with General Surgeon Dr. Alfonso Ballesteros has been disappointing. I visited Dr. Ballesteros on 12/17 regarding gallbladder concerns. Unfortunately, he didn’t have any images or information from my prior ER visit. Instead, he quickly suggested gallbladder removal based on general symptoms I was experiencing—symptoms I’m not even sure were gallbladder-related, such as gas, indigestion, and abdominal pain.
