I’ve generally had good experiences with Banner Health, but my experience with General Surgeon Dr. Alfonso Ballesteros has been disappointing. I visited Dr. Ballesteros on 12/17 regarding gallbladder concerns. Unfortunately, he didn’t have any images or information from my prior ER visit. Instead, he quickly suggested gallbladder removal based on general symptoms I was experiencing—symptoms I’m not even sure were gallbladder-related, such as gas, indigestion, and abdominal pain.
