I usually dont do this however this time I have to. Its taken a while for me to write this. I had a billing question so I called and was directed to DeeDee. She was completely disrespectful with the way she spoke. She was very condescending and I didnt appreciate her tone. If this is the type of staff your employing, I dont know if this is a good fit for me. The only reason I'm staying is because I love my provider Ellen Neff and my chronic care provider Lisa. The two of them are absolutely wonderful.
Dr Alfieri and team ! The appointment team was extremely professional and thorough , out of the gate. I appreciated the time they took to understand my needs and assist with my insurance. All my testing was on time, friendly and informative. My follow up appts with Dr Alfieri were prompt and provided up to date healthcare options. Just a full service cardiology office in support of my overall health! Thanks guys !!
Their front desk is helpful. Cindy has a lot of information to make life easier.
