All of the staffs and dentists are friendly and Dr. Chan is particularly professional. The most valuable thing is that this dentistry is honest and trustworthy. Risks and benefits are clearly explained before any treatment without exaggeration or underestimation. This practice is especially appreciated because many dentistry try to promote unnecessary treatments and sacrifice the benefits of the patients nowadays.
Dr. Chan has excellent technique. After my wisdom tooth extraction, I barely felt any pain even after the anesthesia wore off. I only ate congee for two or three days, and then I was already able to return to normal food. I didn’t even need to take any painkillers. After one week, I could already eat anything I wanted again. The pricing is transparent and follows government recommendations. Highly recommended. 陳醫生手勢非常好。我剝完智慧齒之後，就算麻醉藥過咗都幾乎唔覺得痛。頭兩三日只係食咗粥，之後已經可以慢慢恢復正常飲食，連止痛藥都唔需要食。過咗大約一星期，基本上已經可以大魚大肉。收費亦非常透明，完全跟足政府建議價錢。非常推薦。
This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Derek Chan is amazing: professional, gentle, and very thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, so you always know what’s being done and why. The whole team at ALFIE Dentistry is friendly and welcoming, and you can really feel that they care about their patients. I finally found a dental clinic I can trust. I Highly recommend.
My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years. The staff is always kind, informative, and professional and are highly skilled in what they do. We always feel well cared for- highly recommend!
