Great, Friendly service .. My car had an issue they fixed at a timely matter and it’s been running smoothly ever since
Scam Artist BS at its finest . They get all there tows from motor clubs, Allstate, Roadside Protect, Safer Road rescue, etc etc so instead of taking the car where it belongs even if they will not do your call they will accept it to see if the can repair your car in their shop so They call to verify your info and give you an ETA which is never correct Then they send their main rip off guy Larry he’s the one who will tell you We have a body shop been in business 50 years etc etc Takes your car to his shop and now the games beg... read more
If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My vehicle was stolen and later recovered by the NYPD. Unfortunately, it was initially towed by Quality Automotive Towing, which is affiliated with Alfaro Motor. Without my knowledge or authorization, my vehicle was transferred from the towing company to Alfaro Motor, resulting in an additional $1,000 charge for a transfer that occurred within the same location. My Honda broke down and it was cold I had no mechanic no shelter car stopped steering. I called a tow truck they came in 30 min I was able to ride with driver I needed to drive back to CT. Driver took me to their shop and they found my problem and fixed my car in 3 hours I had my car back.,I’m not from NY the staff were nice and let me stay till my car was fixed. The price was reasonable and I was fine with that. I was on good hands
