My car was towed illegally by Alfaro Motors (Mr. Anthony). April 17, 2020. Due to extreme exhaustion from caring for my dad due to COVIC19 I fell asleep behind the wheel causing me to side swipe 2 cars. I called Ford roadside assistance which called Alfaro Motors (Service Provider) to tow the car but NYPD stated that they had to use their tow the car because the car was obstructing the street.
