I would post no stars but google makes you put one. However I would like to say I’ve experienced the most disrespectful behavior from a dealership.They lied about what my contract entails as well as what coverage I would have. They don’t communicate with each other because you get differing information from multiple employees. When the car malfunctioned resulting in it needing repair, they turned me away in a very condescending manner. I bought a 2016 3500 diesel sprinter took to alfano Mercedes dealership in San Luis Obispo. It ran smooth started right up but check engine light said #3 injector bad. They replaced it then found water in my fuel filter then put contaminated fuel filter back in!!! Didn’t call me and ask if I wanted to replace it just threw it back in!!!
