Extremely disappointed. I was appointed John to work on my case. Weeks/months would go by with no communication, leaving me to send follow up emails to check the status of my case. Resulting in charges to my account. On countless interactions I was left to repeat myself and all details of my case. This resulted in additional charges and prolonged progress.
