Can’t leave after getting my ultrasound done in case of emergency but I’ve been waiting for a more than hour
I was very impressed. I got 2 ultrasounds, I was really impressed with the Alfa Scan imaging diagnostic at Centre Mall. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Lots of parking. Accessible building. However bathroom was blocked by waiting room chairs. The place was clean and aesthetically pleasing.
I like the facilities and convenience of this location. Great staff, especially ultrasound tech Olga. Friendly and professional receptionists
My Father had an ultrasound done recently. Front staff very friendly but the technician who did the ultrasound not so much. People that work with the public need to have some sort of decorum. My dad is 91, not even a hello sir how are you doing? Walked into the room, he told my dad to take off his shirt and undershirt and sit on a stool with wheels. I asked him if it’s safe for him. Mumbled yes. I would not put a 91 year old man on a stool with wheels. I had to make sure he sat properly on it and it didn’t roll. I couldn’t w... read more
