Have been twice now. First ultrasound technician was polite, respectful and professional. Her name was Olga - was unable to see everything needed for OBGYN so booked me to come for a follow up - came for said follow up, technician was rude and unprofessional - her name was Michelle.. this is my 3rd and she made me feel so stupid when it came to my previous dating scan. Also told me was too fat for an ultrasound and that she was out of time to continue " too much mummy tummy" ... I'm 5 months pregnant.. 🫤

DONT GO HERE! Confirmed my appointment by phone showed up and was told they double booked. My test was time sensitive it should have been their responsibility to either fit both patients or reschedule the 2nd person as I was the original one booked by their own admission. Luckily I called another place in tears and the other place in the west end different company fit me in the same day.
