On the phone for over 15 min waiting for an OTD price. Then they hung up before I even got what I needed. Never answered my return calls. Alfa Romeo of Stuart, you lost a customer who was prepared to show up the next business day to purchase a $60k+ vehicle… and finance. Phone etiquette and professional communication needs some serious work.
The manager stated that the mandatory 3k clear coat and extra charges they add is just how they do business in florida and that the lies they told me on the phone was normal and no one pays the advertised price online. He said he felt it was dishonest as well since that's not how they did it in North Carolina but according to him he is willing to deal with it because it's the norm in Florida. I wouldn't trust this dealer especially since the managers think it's shady as well.
This is a very dishonest dealer that will lie to your face to get what they want. Use caution when dealing with these liars.

Worse dealer I have ever dealt with will they will lie and say anything on the phone to get you into the store even after I explained it was an hour and 10 minutes then try to add on required coating services and that add thousands to their advertised price! Don’t even deal with this slimy dealer
