I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the same night I couldn’t drive it as it shut down due to an aftermarket key fob. This is something that should have been fixed prior to selling the vehicle. The hazards on the vehicle don’t even work. Plenty of cosmetic issues which I can understand but safety and electrical shouldn’t be one. I didn’t buy a vehicle from a buy here pay here shop with rebuilds on the lot. This awesome dealership hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. The sales team worked great in communicating with us about the vehicle we were looking at on their website. Since most of our communication had to be done with texting and phone calls before we could get to the dealership, the salesman was very fluid about the vehicle and the process in a purchase. We purchased our BMW used from Alfa Romeo Stuart and were treated so well. Their team is so professional and friendly. They made us feel like family. Thanks Anna Belle for making us feel so welcome and helping me through the process. I’ll add that we drove 10 hours to purchase our BMW and it was so worth it.
