Incredible customer service and accommodation!!! Jean-Claude along with pretty much everyone in this dealership has been amazing! My Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti is treated like it’s a rare model every time! In addition to always being well priced, my car is always cleaned and dried with care. bought a 2021 audi q3 from Ahmed who really worked with me to get the best deal i could find. Been looking for a new vehicle for months until Ahmed helped me with this beautiful vehicle. I had one of the worst car-buying experiences ever at Alfa Romeo Ottawa. I was travelling all the way from Toronto to Ottawa (a 5+ hour drive) to pick up a car I had put a deposit on. We had agreed on a trade-in value for my vehicle after a virtual appraisal, where I provided detailed photos and even the full VIN number two weeks in advance.
