Highly unprofessional and arrogant. Not recommended in whatsoever way. It’s like they obliging you by selling a car. The so called brand specialist truly helping in drowning the Alfa Romeo brand. Look for some other dealer if you considering an Alfa.
I recently bought a used car (Volvo XC90) from there. Sales agent Jose is very professional and easy to deal with. Pricing and negotiations were fair. No complaints from the sales perspective. Had a minor misunderstanding but General Manager John later ensured everything was delivered to my satisfaction. They do have a great collections of pre-owned vehicles (in very good condition) compared to other dealership.
They lack everything a professional establishment has to offer.
Save yourself the trouble ..go to mtl if you want an alfa. Service does not care for your car. Worst buying experience ever
