My wife and I purchased a brand new Tonale a year and a half ago. 12500 kms later we are still plagued by constant issues. Alfa is not the quality premium brand we had expected. It’s back in the shop again today. As I walked to work late, (no car no loner) I had time to think about the car, the service, the dealership and the experience. Took my Giulia here for an oil change. 2017 model year and had cabin filter changed. Good service, I like the quick lube garage they have. Because the price was decent (not cheap) however fair considering it’s a dealership, I’m bringing my vehicle here always.
This dealership really doesn’t seem to care whether you buy from them or not. The salesperson just handed me a quote and when I pointed out that there were ways to get the price lower, he refused to consider it or even try to work out a better deal. In the end, I found the exact same car with the same trim at another dealership for much lower weekly payments. Definitely not the experience I expected from a premium brand
Please don't take Alfa Romeo Giulia. Someone broken into my window glass.so,I called Alfa Romeo Giulia parts department and asked them to order one for me and they are saying it make take 45 days. Who the heck will wait for 45 days by not driving the car. If you can't get parts on time then why the heck you opened a showroom in Windsor.
