My wife and I purchased a brand new Tonale a year and a half ago. 12500 kms later we are still plagued by constant issues. Alfa is not the quality premium brand we had expected. It’s back in the shop again today. As I walked to work late, (no car no loner) I had time to think about the car, the service, the dealership and the experience. What we thought we would be getting when bought this vehicle is not what we received. Very disappointing all around. Took my Giulia here for an oil change. 2017 model year and had cabin filter changed. Good service, I like the quick lube garage they have. Because the price was decent (not cheap) however fair considering it’s a dealership, I’m bringing my vehicle here always.
This dealership really doesn’t seem to care whether you buy from them or not. The salesperson just handed me a quote and when I pointed out that there were ways to get the price lower, he refused to consider it or even try to work out a better deal. In the end, I found the exact same car with the same trim at another dealership for much lower weekly payments. Definitely not the experience I expected from a premium brand
