I had a pleasure experience with the service advisor Riley and the sales consultant Khalil. Took the car for an oil change and this dealer went above and beyond, i was getting a lot of professional advises as well as some useful tricks. Once again a big star for the gentlemen.
I placed a deposit on a used vehicle at this dealership a couple of weeks ago and worked with Khalil, the salesman. Khalil was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the sales process. Kevin, the Finance Manager, was also great to deal with. However, I ultimately decided to go with a privately owned vehicle. Since then, I’ve been trying to get my $1,000 deposit refunded, but the experience has been frustrating.
