Service and Parts both failed to follow up on quote requests. One was supposed to email me a quote for a spare fob and programming and another was supposed to call my wife back to price a lvl 2 charger after a lunch break. Neither of us heard back so we called a Portland dealer and got all the info we wanted during the call so we'll be heading south for our Tonale's needs.
Whoever I spoke with on Thursday 2/13 from the service department is one of the most incompetent customer service reps I've ever talked to. I called because you guys forgot to change my key fob battery, so my car wouldn't stop beeping.. the rep told me she didn't think it actually had to do with my key fob and told me to turn the car off and back on again.. despite my skepticism, I listened and did it anyway but since my KEY FOB WAS LOW BATTERY THE CAR WOULDNT START AGAIN.
