I am extremely disappointed with the service at Alfa Romeo of Rochester. During my initial visit, I had 2 issues: 1. A battery discharge issue that was causing my car to need frequent jump starts, even after replacing the battery 2. I had gotten the breaks redone and all of the lights on the dash were on. they needed to reset them. By the time I left, all of the warning lights were off again and the service team claimed everything was fine, dismissing my concerns about the battery issue. This is definitely a great place to get your Alfa care done. The techs are extremely capable and knowledgeable and everyone is fair, honest, and they do a great job. I prefer when they had Brad. It's been different. We may need a third party Alfa service station in Rochester for the rest of us.
Bob Johnson, Alfa Romeo Service Dept is awesome! Brad, always available when I call or email and it’s typically when I’m in a pinch. Brad goes above and beyond, and helps me to safety, while also getting my car fixed, and setting me up with a loaner car, as well. Patrick runs a tight service dept overall and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service.
Great car, love my Alfa! Great salesman, Ian was great! What's important is what happens after the sale has been made though. I was a lexus guy, I still love them and own one but I wanted something different. Even though I never had a problem with lexus or service. Service after the sale is very important, I haven't had any mechanical issues so far in 10 months with my Alfa. I have however have had warranty issue, waiting going on about 3 weeks for a response or a call from the service or parts department. I've left messages... read more
