Absolutely terrible experience at Alfa Romeo Puente Hills. I dropped my car off on June 30th for two cracked wheels (a known manufacturer defect). What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a seven-week nightmare. My service advisor, Anthony, never once called me with an update.
