Called a few days ago and asked if I could return the leased car. They told me I had to return it to the original dealer. I made it clear that I bought it in Santa Monica and the only thing they told me was to bring it by 4 PM. I brought it by 4 PM and they changed their tone when I told them that I wasn’t going to buy another car. They told me I had to return it to the original dealer.

Absolutely terrible experience at Alfa Romeo Puente Hills. I dropped my car off on June 30th for two cracked wheels (a known manufacturer defect). What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a seven-week nightmare. My service advisor, Anthony, never once called me with an update. Chris Arce is one of the 1st people to service my car from Ontario Alfa he is legit and won't try to up sale you and very transparent on what you need or will be needing Glad to see him at the Puente location I follow good service and good people he emobodies both! you have a alfa come to Puente he got you!
