All the Staff at Alfa Romeo are fantastic! I always feel welcome, they are courteous, up front and very professional. Leased a car, bought it off the lease and continue to go here for stuff I can't do myself. It's a standup crew from sales, managers, mechanics and everyone in between. You always hear the negative reviews, but not enough of the positive ones! I appreciate them.
I always get treated like a VIP at the Alfa Romeo of Omaha Service location. Every time I have needed repairs or service, they have been easy to work with and their service time has been quick.
Very bad experience. Use another shop for car repairs.
