I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Alfa Romeo . Joshua Davis Fixed Operations Manager is very friendly , communicates well, and makes the whole process easy. Louis General Manager was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs, he makes the best tea. Highly recommend.
I brought my Alfa Romeo to Naples Motorsports/ Alfa Romeo of Naples for service. Joshua( services manager) was unavailable! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He responded to my emails right away. Even though I have to drive there for an hour and a half every time I would do it again and again. Those guys are awesome. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a fast and professional service!
I liked the car at at good price. The showroom is impressive with exotics. The salesperson was smart and helpful. She pointed out a small flaw I might have overlooked, committed to getting it resolved and followed up. Well done Marianna. The cigar provided was a nice touch as were the brownies received later. I did not like that preapproved financing was unacceptable and dealer financing imposed. It took 4 hours to close the deal even when there was no haggling.
