The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of Patrick. He is great at his job and actually cares for the customer. I took my Alpha Romeo to get a diagnostic ran on it due to some flickering of the lights. Kenny was my advisor at that time. Never heard from him in nearly the 2 weeks they had my car. I finally talked to the Chance. After getting my car ho.e when they said that nothing was wrong with it, I noticed that the entire passenger side had been srapped up and 2 small dents in the back quarter panel. Took my Alfa Romeo in for an oil change. Found out at the counter that they just started charging a 3% fee if you use your credit card. I wasn't told of the fee when scheduling the appointment, nor when I dropped the car off. This fee is bogus and something mom and pop shops charge. They give this goodie bag with a water, pretzels, and a breakfast bar if they just got rid of that it would off set the price of this stupid fee. My car is no longer under warranty so I will likely be taking my car else where for services.

We had a fantastic experience with Jaylynn. He is a wealth of knowledge and literally listened to the style, shape and budget we were looking for and off the top of his head he knew all of the cars available at all of Baker Automotive, not just the ones at the Maserati dealership he works at.
