I had a great experience with the service department after having a terrible buying experience at another local dealer. Jeff the service manager, Charlie the foreman and Ryan the service advisor were great. Charlie would talk to me about the issues with the car personally and it seemed like he really cared to try and get the issues resolved. They fixed the car and were great to work with.
When the owner sees this review hit me up. Seriously
After paying for an expensive oil change on my low milage Stelvio at Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Anaheim Hills, it started leaking a lot of oil a couple of weeks later. Upon inspection, it was found that their technician did not properly tighten the oil filter. The leaked oil saturated the fiber under engine panel and four other fiber components on the under side of the car.
