Had my Mercedes serviced, Poor communication on the status of the service had to call late in the afternoon only to find out the two technicians had called off for the day zero feedback from the shop to let me know this. They’ve had the car for two days now. No consideration for my time or inconvenience from the dealership, very disappointed in this level of service/Communication.
