Very Expensive Service and Rude lady at Service department and also they fixed my Fiat (still using last 1 year with no problem) but they were trying to $3000 extra for nothing! Terrible experience with this Fiat service department!
Went to the Daytona location for an oil change. I usually go to the Brandon or st Pete location and pay $169 at these locations. Daytona charged $333 for the oil change. This included a 10% discount due to me asking why it was so expensive compared to other locations. When I asked the service manager for some kind of explanation for the $200 increase, she shared that there was nothing she could do about it.
