WARNING: a few years back, I received car service from Towbin Alfa Romeo on Gilbert in Henderson Nevada. I went in for an oil change and from that point I had 4 months of continued issues with my car. After the oil change a cap connected to the oil tubing popped of and oil dripped all over my engine. I took it back and they fixed the cap, but failed to water down the oil off of the engine. My car started smoking, again I had to take the car back. Aside from the floor Sales rep, who was first class, the Sales Mngr / Owner, Finance Rep etc. were anything but. Conceited, indulgent and pompous attitude to a would be customer. Agreed a price, checked in 2 days later and the price had gone up by 2K without any rationale. No direct responses from the Sales team. Generally speaking, a puzzling business strategy for a North American market for Alfa. Larry Dominique should have a robust Quality review of that side of the counter,.
