I can’t say enough great things about Quirk Alfa Romeo of Portland. They made the process so easy for me and I’m so in love with my beautiful new SUV. I love how well they explained all the features and took the time to ensure I chose a vehicle that was perfect for me. I definitely recommend checking them out next time you’re in the market for a new car!
Unfortunately, I have had three terrible experiences with this business. I own an Alfa Romeo Giulia and had to take it to them in September for unscheduled service. I have taken my Alfa to them twice before for unscheduled service and each time there was almost no communication and they had my car for weeks. I blamed the pandemic as everyone was having trouble those years. I am a patient person and was willing to give them a third chance.
