I recently visited Alfa Romeo and worked with Peter regarding pricing on a vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I made multiple attempts to follow up on pricing details, and while he would occasionally respond, there was never any meaningful follow-through. As a customer who was ready to seriously consider a purchase, the lack of consistent communication and urgency made the process frustrating and ultimately eroded my confidence in moving forward.
