I love my Gulia, but my first experience was with Stamford when my battery died, and they told me they couldn't help me for 2 weeks. True. The next time I needed help, the car was stalling on me, and despite being my daily driver I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment in Greenwich. Three weeks! They've now had my car for about 3 more weeks, and we're still waiting on parts, nor can they get a reliable update on when my car will be ready. However, my current lease was due to expire and when I attempted to return my vehicle, I had contacted the facility to schedule an appointment. The representative walked me through the process and scheduled me for today for for my return of the car.
