Well where do I start had my dad bring the 2016 Fiat 500x to the dealership to have an oil change, tire rotation,and the ambient temperature sensor changed out, rear wiper blade replaced and spark plugs done for a basic tune-up, paid $1,000 only to go pick up the car for it not to start. I had such a great experience with the service department! My car had to be towed to the dealership since I live over an hour and a half away, and I was really stressed about the whole situation. Thankfully, my service rep, Jennifer, went above and beyond to make the process smooth and worry-free. Vehicle arrived at dealer on 06/27/2025 did not hear anything until 07/10/2025 lf headlamp was replaced which we bought from Alfa Romeo of Daytona meanwhile we are trying to relay to our customer along with State Farm progress was told we would keep updated several times we had to continously call for updates received vehicle back with a bill of $2775.97 for basically a ground wire fix. This dealership is awful. Customer service is terrible. The sales department does not follow thru with contract agreements. My boyfriend has waited 4 months for a second key. The salesman lied to us and told us that the key was ready at the parts department. There was no key there and no one knew anything about. The service department tried to call the salesman and he didn’t answer his phone. If you ask to speak to the General Manager the employees tell you she doesn’t take phone calls. If I could give 0 stars I would I have purchased at least one Maserati and 2 Alfa Romeos from this dealership. They completely disregard the customer they are Rude, Condescending and care about nothing you. Audrey is Rude and tried to stare down my wife today when she had to come and pick up an Alfa Romeo where we had an oil change several weeks ago and yet yesterday read low oil.
